Approximately 30 years ago, Chesterfield began supplying HRPO into the Chrome bumper market for Class 8 semi-trucks. Since then, we have expanded into a number of different bumper applications, including painted and polished chrome bumpers. We are able to manage all of the inventory and processing and provide a first operation blank to stampers across the country. Chances are if you have seen a semi-truck with a shiny polished bumper, Chesterfield processed that material. We also supply Exposed HRPO exterior body and door panels for construction and material handling vehicles. Chesterfield supplies Exposed HRPO for severe duty engine components. These components are primarily used in diesel and high-performance engines. Chesterfield works with our mill sources to continuously improve the process because it is our goal to make our customer’s job easier.
