Cold-rolled High Strength Low Alloy (HSLA) steel coils are advanced types of cold-rolled steel that are specifically designed to provide high strength and improved formability while still maintaining a low weight.  High Strength Low Alloy (HSLA) steel grades are very strong, highly formable, and easy to weld.  They resist corrosion and rust better than plain-carbon steels.
